A RATHER PRESTIGIOUS PROJECT
I was recently commissioned by Burnap + Abel, one of Folkestone's leading Estate Agents to come up with a new sub-brand for their core business, focussing on the high end of the market and offering a premium service to someone wanting to sell their property.
Various names were initially put on the table to illustrate the positioning of this new brand including (suffixed with 'Burnap + Abel'): Gold, Select, Choice, Grand and Executive
After much debate, the name 'Burnap + Abel Prestige' was settled on.
The logo was designed with the original company branding always in mind, swapping out the orange for a gold colour. As part of the project, new company stationary was created, along with an A4 brochure template and high quality estate agency boards.
The project is ongoing and has already added a number of properties to Burnap + Abel's database.
